Job description

For one of our clients located in Brussels, we are looking for an IT/Operation Support.

Within the operation Team and as a support you will play a crucial role in supporting and improving the systems and applications used within the company.


Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with external stakeholders: You will regularly interact with our suppliers and with our international client base, so fluency in English is a must.
  • On-site presence: You will not hesitate to visit the field to understand and resolve technical issues firsthand.
  • User support: You will provide support for internal applications, analyzing requests and offering tailored solutions to resolve technical problems.
  • Testing and validation: You will actively participate in testing new system features, ensuring their quality and smooth operation.
  • Project management: You will contribute to projects focused on the evolution of our systems and digital applications, ensuring alignment with the company’s needs.
  • Functional key user: As a "key user," you will play a central role in the usage and optimization of our business applications.
  • IT Documentation: You will assist in documenting IT procedures and user guidelines for our applications.
  • Data analysis: You will analyze data and generate reports using tools like Excel and PowerBI to provide insights to users.
  • Internal collaboration: You will work closely with the IT department and internal users to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Reporting: You will report directly to the Operation Manager.

Criteria

Competencies

  • Some experience in an IT-related role (support, helpdesk, system management, project management, development).
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
  • You have a strong affinity for IT systems.
  • You are curious, love asking questions, and have a strong desire to learn.
