- Ensure day-to-day operational support and control
- 1st point of contact for the customers
- Provide ad hoc project support and answers to customers' questions
- Issue management and reporting
- Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction
Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a customer role
- Proven expertise in MS Office
- Familiarity with various IT tools
- Strong interest in finance and banking products (a plus)
- Languages: French and Dutch (excellent written and spoken communication skills) + English (good proficiency)
- Excellent communication skills, diplomatic and customer-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Stress-resistant and flexible
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented
