File Management:
- Process and validate leasing/renting requests from B2B partners.
- Ensure all submitted files meet the required standards.
Administrative Support:
- Encode and update partner data accurately.
- Maintain proper documentation for internal records.
Partner Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for automotive sector partners.
- Provide clear and timely responses to inquiries.
Compliance and Coordination:
- Ensure deadlines and internal procedures are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations.
Criteria
Hard Skills
Mandatory:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Familiar with various IT Tools.
- Front-end and Back-end experience of the processes in a banking environment
- Fluent Dutch, French, English
Preferable:
Strong interest in finance and banking (products)
