The Hard HR team is responsible for the implementation and operational running of a comprehensive range of Compensation & Benefits programs for Belgium. The support covers both annual and ad hoc projects – some of these are driven from other countries, others are purely locally developed.
In addition to project-based / process-related support, the comp & ben specialist also provides support in close consultation with the HR colleagues involved in making salary proposals, performing job evaluations, communicating with employees, etc.
Your tasks:
- Implementation and operational management of both Corporate and Belgian specific Comp & Ben projects,
- First point of contact for daily questions from internal stakeholders,
- Analysis of salary review & bonus,
- Process monitoring and optimization (mobility budget, group insurance, warrants plan, ...)
- Supporting internal communication,
- Analytics, ad hoc reporting.
Criteria
We are looking for an analytical thinker with good excel skills who preferably has a payroll technical background and is familiar with group insurance and related legislation. Knowledge of Workday, Protime or eBlox is a plus.
Your Profile:
- Background in Payroll, Reward or equivalent,
- Knowledge of the Belgian Comp & Ben landscape is mandatory,
- At least 5 years previous experience as comp & ben specialist,
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills),
- Knowledge of Workday or Protime or eBlox is a big plus,
- Detail-oriented,
- Strong communication skills - verbally and in writing,
- Strong analytical,
- Multitasking (several projects can run simultaneously, often with short deadlines),
- Confidentiality (sensitive information is handled that must be treated with discretion and professionalism),
- Team player who is hands-on, has a can-do mentality and can work autonomously and who enjoys tackling challenges and structuring activities,
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
