Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job description

This role is key to supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in coordinating team activities, ensuring smooth recruitment operations, and keeping processes running efficiently.



Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with the day-to-day coordination of the team’s activities.
• Prepare, maintain, and present recruitment reports and dashboards, including KPI tracking.
• Manage contract follow-up and maintain relationships with external partners (job boards, recruitment service providers).
• Publish and promote job opportunities across multiple channels to maximize visibility.
• Provide hands-on support throughout various stages of the recruitment process.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment of interns.
• Manage and track recruitment-related requests and tickets to ensure timely resolution.

Criteria

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and Dutch; English is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Positive mindset, sense of humor, and a sociable nature - essential for thriving in a collaborative and lively team environment.
