This role is key to supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in coordinating team activities, ensuring smooth recruitment operations, and keeping processes running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with the day-to-day coordination of the team’s activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and present recruitment reports and dashboards, including KPI tracking.
- Manage contract follow-up and maintain relationships with external partners (job boards, recruitment service providers).
- Publish and promote job opportunities across multiple channels to maximize visibility.
- Provide hands-on support throughout various stages of the recruitment process.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment of interns.
- Manage and track recruitment-related requests and tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Critères
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and Dutch; English is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Positive mindset, sense of humor, and a sociable nature - essential for thriving in a collaborative and lively team environment.
