• Draft and regularly update operational instruction documents.
• Analyze and understand business processes in life insurance and translate them into practical, user-friendly documentation.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Use visual tools to enhance clarity and learning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal knowledge resources.

Critères

Your profile :

• You have a first experience in the insurance sector ;
• You are fully proficient in French and Dutch, both written and spoken ;
• You have strong writing skills and a good sense of pedagogy ;
• You are comfortable translating complex processes into accessible formats ;
• You are detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently ;
