As HR Sales Manager, I manage a team of six recruiters who are dedicated to finding the perfect fit for the job. I have also implemented several processes and training programs to optimize our working methods. Additionally, I am actively involved in employer branding, which is crucial for attracting the best candidates.
Management style and motivation
When asked about what excites him most about his role, he answered without hesitation: “Leadership and management. I genuinely enjoy delegating tasks and coaching my team members. It allows me to contribute effectively to our goals.”
His commitment to personal and professional growth is evident, especially after attending the recent HR Tech conference. “I learned about innovative approaches to team management,” he said. “Listening to the HR specialists helped me realize how much I identify with these new practices.”
Rudy emphasized the importance of strategy. “It’s crucial to choose your battles wisely. We can’t tackle everything at once, so clear and transparent communication is vital,” he explained. He makes it a priority to adapt to his team's expectations and take the time to listen to each member. “For me, listening is the key to good leadership.”
